We are looking for a reliable and organised Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities at a thriving digital sports agency. In this exciting and varied position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by running monthly reports, assisting our teams on projects, organising company events, and arranging employee travel. 


The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of Excel, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to resolve problematic situations quickly with a good eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Resource analysis including producing monthly company reports for the senior management team
  • Cost management including production of client cost trackers
  • Office management
  • Arranging global business trips 
  • Management of ‘Wrike’ our project management system including managing timesheets and helping to launch new projects
  • Assist in training new members of staff on all systems within the operational function 
  • Setting up meeting rooms and event space (layout, catering, AV equipment)
  • Liaising with internal staff to make sure they are on track with project deliverables and deadlines
  • Updating training and onboarding documents
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks set by the Operations Manager

  • Advanced Level of Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and high levels of the organisation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight timescales
  • Highly self-motivated and driven
  • Be a good communicator
  • Great team player with the social skills to go with it
  • Knowledge of media or digital industry
  • Interest in sports beneficial
